Rémi Bouyssière (double bass)
Rémi was born in Toulouse in 1984. He first studied piano, guitar then jazz double bass at Toulouse-Le Mirail University and Toulouse Conservatory of Music, from which he graduated in 2011, earning a DEM (Music Studies Diploma) in Jazz.
Participating in numerous bands (from jazz, swing and pop to african music), he toured worldwide (Senegal, Guinea, Quebec, Germany, Belgium, Switzerland) playing in many festivals (Paris Jazz Festival, Niglo at Toulouse, Montauban Jazz Off ...) on first sets of prestigious artists (Bireli Lagrène, Olivia Ruiz, Daniel Mille...).
After moving in Paris in Octobre 2012, he soon established himself as a very requested sideman, playing in famous jazz festivals (Paris-La Défense, Marciac, Vienne, Tokyo, London…).
Geoffrey Cormont (drums)
Geoffrey was musically trained at Dante Agostini School of Drums and at National School of Music and Dance of Vallée de Chevreuse by Pierre «Tiboum » Guignon, Frédéric Delestré, Sylvain Beuf, Michel Perez, Stéphane Kerecki... He earned a DEM (Music Studies Diploma) in Jazz in 2004.
As a very versatile musician, he recorded or played on numerous stages (Zénith de Paris, New Morning, Sunset/Sunside…) with many musicians such as Pierre De Bethmann, Gaël Horellou, Sébastien Llado, Alain Jean-Marie, Laurent Epstein…
He is currently playing as a sideman with Jon Urrutia Trio, Kitan Klub, Ali Amran, Tristan Loriaut, Frédéric Charlent, Laurent Larcher, Manuel Villaroel Latin Jazz Quartet …
He is also teaching drums at the Conservatory of Music of Epinay sur Orge and at the Youth and Cultural Center of Palaiseau.
